Absolutely. We believe the relationship between a participant and their support worker is very important. We'll do our best to match you with someone who fits your personality, preferences, and specific needs. If you're not happy with your match, just let us know and we'll find someone better suited.
Yes. All our support workers hold the required qualifications, have completed NDIS Worker Orientation training, and have current police checks and Working With Children checks where required. We also provide ongoing training to ensure they are skilled, compassionate, and up to date with best practices.

With IDEAL Community Service, you can use your NDIS funding for: help with Household Taskss (cleaning, cooking, laundry), transport to appointments and activities, support with daily personal care, community and social participation, and skill development to help you live more independently. We'll work with your plan to make sure you're getting the right support.
No, you don't need a support coordinator to access our services — you can contact us directly. However, if you do have a support coordinator, we're happy to work alongside them to ensure your services are well-coordinated and aligned with your NDIS goals.
If you're NDIS-funded, we bill directly to your NDIS plan — you don't need to pay out of pocket. We use the NDIS price guide rates and will explain all costs clearly before any services begin. We can work with plan-managed, agency-managed, or self-managed participants.
Yes. If you're not yet on the NDIS or are in the process of applying, contact us and we can point you in the right direction and provide guidance on the application process. We want to make sure everyone who needs support can access it.
